Unibet Open Paris: Schedule update

Unibet would like to apologise for the restricted schedule at the forthcoming Unibet Open Paris (November 27 to December 1).

Licensing regulations at the Club Circus Paris venue are very tight which means we are not able to provide players with our normal lavish, full-scale schedule. The club is only permitted 19 tables which means we have had to reduce the number of side events, and make various changes to tournament structures to ensure we have capacity.

We realize that the schedule falls short of some players’ expectations and we want to stress that this very much a one-off situation; all next year’s events will be back to normal (!) with generous tournament structures and a multitude of side events.

We will be pulling out all the stops in Paris to ensure players have a great time – offering the usual warm welcome to all our players and celebrating the end of our 13th season in true Unibet style.

Unibet Open Paris is taking place at Club Circus Paris from November 27 to December 1 and will feature a €1,000 + €100 Main Event, a €200 + €20 NLH Progressive Knockout tournament and €150 + €15 NLH Turbo. The schedule also features the invitational Battle Royale and Tag Team Championship events.

Paris is one of the world’s most glamorous and romantic cities, and many of the Paris’s most iconic landmarks are within easy reach of the Unibet Open tournament venue and official hotel – from the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe to the world’s largest art museum – the Louvre.

Among those competing in Paris will be all the Unibet Ambassadors including David Lappin, Dara O’Kearney and Ian Simpson along with two-time Unibet champion Dan Murariu, Alexandre Reard, Monica Vaka and Espen Jorstad. The hotel features numerous amenities including 24-hour room service, bar, several restaurants and state-of-the-art fitness centre.
