We don’t usually like to report hands in the first couple of levels, but we are making an exception for this one as it resulted in what we believe to be the first elimination of the tournament.

The chips went in on a :::3c :::2s :::6c flop, Olli Ikonen holding :::2h :::6h for two pair and Raimo Ahola holding :::Ac :::Kc for the flush draw. The :::6d turn promptly brought in Ikonen’s full house, and the :::Ts on the river was purely academic. Ikonen is therefore our new chip leader on almost 60,000, while Ahola has a myriad side events and other entertainment to choose from, as listed below.
