No Second Title for Martin Soukup

It’s been a bad hour for the Martins, as the third of their name busted as well. 2016 Unibet Open Malta champion Martin Soukup’s second deep run in an Unibet Open event came to an end at the hands of Thomas Ardai.

It was Ardai who opened with :::As:::Ks in middle position. Soukup shoved around 175,000 from late position with :::5c:::5d and Ardai called. The board ran out :::3c:::9s:::3d:::Kd:::2d and Ardai turned the winner.
