Shine Takes a Hit

On the river of a board {10h}:::5c:::3d:::Ks:::Jh, Szabolcs Vari checked over to Cathal Shine, who simply bet 15,000 for just more than the pot. Vari had fewer than that behind and snap-called with the nuts, holding :::Ad:::Qc for the straight, and Shine took a hit as his two pair with :::Kd:::jc were no good.

Shine remains among the bigger stacks, though, and holds nearly two times the starting stack.
